Returns and Exchanges

When you buy something from Cuddo Baby, we hope you love it. However, should you change your mind, subject to the conditions set out in our Return Policy below, you may return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange.

You may file a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Please contact to support@cuddobaby.com to file a return. 

Please contact our customer service representatives for more information. Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped,Lost Items:
1.You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange (accessories
excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged, or misdelivery item. For lost items, we will reship for you if it's in stock. Or else you will get a refund.
2. lf you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

After completing your return request, you will receive a confirmation email including instructions on how to package and ship your item(s) for return.

We kindly ask you to securely seal your item(s) including all accessories (i.e., facing out insert, gift box and instructions booklet) in the same or similar size packaging you previously received your item(s) in. If the size of your package exceeds our regular shipping packaging size, we may require you to pay for the additional shipping costs.

 The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, lightning, power surges, unauthorized product modification, or repairs. This warranty covers the replacement of the broken unit at our discretion. If it's not the product quality itself, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancel Policy
All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid from us, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun. There are no order cancellations accepted if no problems with the quality.

Cancellation before payment
1. Log in to "My Account" and click on "My Orders".
2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
3. Click on "Delete this order" and confirm that you want to cancel it.

Please note that we may offer a corresponding cancellation policy or
solution to customers' inquiries based on the different product categories.
1. Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible
for an 85% refund.
2. Orders canceled beyond 24 hours( Exclude weekends, special holidays, or
festivals) after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund  consisting of full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.

3. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Policy
We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the
package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original package.

How can I return the defective item to Cuddo Baby?
Please contact us before returning a defective item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. Cuddo Baby will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

US&Canadian CUSTOMERS(excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Alaska)

  • We offer FREE returns for all orders returned for exchange/store credit.

Other International Customers

  • We offer FREE returns for all orders returned for exchange/store credit.

 Please Note:
1. Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address).
2. Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.
3. Items received unused, undamaged, and in the original package. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.
4. We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be
approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
